mixture of the healthiest sugars: glucose and a delicious berry sugar. The proportion
of sugars in our chocolate are about the same as in banana, but with the fructose
replaces with the berry sugar. The glucose sends the right signals to your brain

Raw foods are usually defined as foods not heated above about 50 degrees C.
Raw chocolate
ingredients are made from raw cacao beans by removing the skins from the beans
and crushing the beans to a paste. The paste is then cold pressed at a temperature
that does not exceed 45 degrees C and the cacao butter is thereby separated from
the cacao solids. The cacao solids are generally the greater proportion of these
two parts. The resulting slab of cacao solids is ground into cacao powder.
